it depends ont he new owner fo the quilt.. i like the tan its more 'elegant' looking.. however for more of a 'hip' feel red, teal, raspberry will make it pop.. However theres is not enough 'bright' colors to justify the black IHO..

I like it with your tan. It actually looks more gold to me. What I really love about quilting and fabrics and colors is how your braids would look so different bordered with gold or black or red or white or or or.... And your quilt will be lovely no matter which color you go with.

Sorry but i am going to say Black also.Make another one using darks and then use your Rich medium tan for that one, just another option.
