I have an aunt who is a frog lover---she has over 1000 of them!! So, frog things catch my eye, too. Your fabric is adorable!!! Can you tell me who the manufacturer is? I would love to look for some.

Your quilt is going to be really cute! Your mom is going to love this!!! I love the layout you have decided on. Are you going to fussy cut the frog fabric to make sure you get a frog in the center of each star?

Keep us posted with your progress.............

The fabric is called "Toad-ally Yours" CarolArt Designs for Galaxy collection by E. E. Schenck Company.

And yes I am going to try and get the frog in the center of the star square.

I am sure she will love this quilt. Being an 'older' person, I can tell that brighter colors do appeal to us. Partly because it lifts our spirits and partly because when we age our sight is dimmer and the brighter colors are better. I found this info when I made quilts for two 92 year old ladies last summer.
