Okay, I just had to share these new goodies that have now been added to my sewing room!
He added a ironing board that slides under the counter in between where two machines sit. And he added a sliding board that I will use as shown for holding my light table (for when I do my paper piecing) like I have the clear tub turned upside down. I will have a tap light under this.
Also, you can see where he has started putting up overhead shelving! I am dying to get this all done. Can you tell?.lol

Oh that is so neat---but you know what I love is that the counter is not just straight, it has some character in it. Can't wait to see the end product.

I really do enjoy pp projects. But hate having to jump up and down to go to the ironing board, sooooo...when given the chance, I said, I need a built in ironing board right at the machine that will slide back out of my way.
Hey, best for me to mention it ahead of time, rather than later, right?.lol

Lol. That's why I am posting these pics. There are lots who are and will redo their sewing spaces and maybe there is something they see in mine that they wouldn't have thought of, but can mention before projects complete. I always like looking at others sewing spaces.

When he started this he said....."when I get done, there won't be any unused space in that room" And the way we have it figured, I don't think there will be either.lol

I would have to have a fridge, microwave and a toilet and I would never leave this room! (unless it was to shop for supplies!!!)
