    By all means, quilt it by hand! It's small, so should go fast. Easy to remove the stitches if you don't like them. Keep up the good work!

    As a hand quilter I would echo quilt around the flower and leaves do a little accent quiting around the yellow center. You could add some veins in the leaves.

    Then see if it need something to the edge, like diagonal from the echo.

    This is very pretty. Too pretty to practice FMQ. Copy the outline of this flower onto some muslin, make a quilt sandwich and practice your FMQ first. You will be glad you did.
