Halloween Quilt

I started this quilt last year but only managed to get the middle section finished before I got frustrated and put it away (at that time I'd only been quilting for about 6 months and had no clue what I was doing lol). I finally dug it out this past week and finished it; put the border on, put the backing/batting on, did a simple SITD then sewed on the binding - which, I should point out - I'm not a hand sewer at all and dislike it immensely, but I did hand sew on the binding. I complained and *itched a lot and it took 3 evenings but I did it
The pattern came from the September 2011 issue of The Quilter magazine. My friend found the panel and some of the fabric at her LQS when she went home for a visit, and we found the rest of the fabric here locally.
I brought it to work since I decorated my office for Halloween - for a novice quilter I'm very happy with how it turned out, warts and all!

Warts??? What warts???? Oh, you mean the one on the witches' nose! I absolutely love it! Hallowe'en is my favourite holiday, yes, even more than Christmas! You did a fantastic job and aren't you pleased with yourself that you finished it?
