Wow! Awesome quilting and piecing work! I can see why it took you four years to complete this one. It is absolutely stunning! I love the mariners compass on its own but you made this one into a spectacular work of art! I sure hope your brother realizes how special this quilt is not only the labor of love you put into it but the magnificent workmanship of such a gifted quilter! Needless to say I love it! I hope you win many ribbons for this one!

Wow, what a fantastic job!!! Did you hand piece the quilt as well?? I am in the process of hand piecing a small one as a wall hanging, nothing as fabulous as yours though, your quilt is gorgeous!!! :)

Congratulations, Feline - this quilt is breathtaking. You did a wonderful job and a labour of love for your brother.
