Love the colors together. Just the right "pop" of color here. I see this with a magenta binding, too. Please post pics of the finished product.

I like it, I think I would bind it with the fuschia too. However, I would lay it around first to see the effect.

Honestly I would have never really noticed, we all do things like that sometimes.

If you are talking about the middle strips (braid), you have five, so I think it looks fine. The side strips won't make that much difference unless it bothers you.

I didn't know there was a "rule" about how the strips had to go....I think the magenta brings the whole thing to life!

I really like the magenta. If you're going with one more border around the magenta, though, I like some of your other blues better than the one you have it sitting on. Just my opinion though.
