My vote is for One or Three. Too much going on in blocks to have a busy border. Sure is a cute, bright, and happy quilt. :-)

I do not know if your mom has dementia, but if she does, the bright colors of the crows will be best. She will focus on the birds. Otherwise I would go with the red.

I'm with Tippy. I like the first one best.
My second choice would be the crows and cherries. I dont' care for the layers of borders, though.
