An I Spy quilt is on my list, too. This one is lovely, I really like the block you used. What fun (and challenge) to find the fabrics!

That is so beautiful!!!

I would like to try to make one.

Do you fussy cut items that correspond to each letter of the alphabet? Or is it just random fussy cutting?

Thanks!!

Hi, I was just fussy cutting. There are 192 different pieces so we had to use whatever we could find, as if we needed an excuse to look for shops. Some fabric had multiple useable figures and some had only one. We made two quilts for twin boys, so we had to have enough fabric for two of each figures.

Will, LOL now I have to make one of these for my granddaughter. I was showing off your work to my oldest daughter last night with Hailey (GD) sitting on my lap. She said "Gamma...Heyhey's blankey!!" She was sooo excited...the Winnie the Pooh fabric in one of your blocks is the same fabric I used to make her quilt for her nursery before she came home. The one with the green check background. Out of allll your blocks...she sure spyed that one!! She was so excited and said...Gamma wait!! Heyhey's other bankey pwease! We translated that as meaning she wanted one like yours LOL. Especially since every time we changed to a different page here on the board she would have a slight fit. So...Looks like Gamma needs to get busy. LOL
