Way to go little Quilter! My granddaughter sat on my lap since she was three at both the piano and the sewing machine. By six, she was trying her hand at both and today, at age ten, she makes charity quilts and plays the piano. This is what we grandmas do, we instill the finer things in life into our next generation. Congrats to both grandma and the proud young lady.

I'm the mama! :) Gramma is teaching her to crochet though. I dabble in it, but I'm not even comparable to the skill my mother has. I prefer my machine...I suppose it should count that my mama bought me my sewing machine, though! lol
