Lots of {{{{{HUGS}}}}} to you!

Your quilt is absolutely beautiful. Please feel good about what you have accomplished. You put a lot of time, money and energy into your creation and it shows.

:D

Your quilt is beautiful. Feel sorry for the old man, joy is so much easier to spread than misery, but misery in ,is misery out......

Marsye!! So glad to see you again!! I've really missed you and your funnies. Stay around , OK?
My brother was just about the same when I proudly showed him my first really quilt. He asked me "what's it good for?' Said I should make one that is warm and useful, not fancy . I was crushed, but he was the one with problems, not me!

It's beautiful. I know the higher road is to just ignore people like that but I am not capable of the higher road.

I would have enjoyed stopping his speech in its tracks by asking him if he came to the appointment in a car. If he means what he says, he should still be riding a horse.

Vexing people should never cause you to change your actions. Then they win.

That is a beautiful quilt and wonderful quilting. Don't let his unkind words depress you. He must be a very unhappy person.
