Well, I will finish JoeAnn's this afternoon. I tried to consult with her on some different options, ie. would she prefer this or that, which does she like better, etc. She refused to even discuss it!! She told me "if you don't want to do what you think is best I can send you the original pattern to complete!" It's obvious why we've been friends for 15 years! :P :P

Sooooo, she is STUCK with my decision!

Aaannnnd, here it is: JoeAnn's Center. I couldn't choose between the photos, one was on the floor, the other hanging.

I paper pieced the square-in-a-squares and mitered the corners.
