Very nice, I signed up but didn't start. Now that I see it, I'm going right in. Thanks.

Are these the quilt as you go method? Both nice but I really like the white one.

Terrific quilts. I especially like your color/fabric choices for the first one.

Another question though. In your quilt, you said you used what you had in those color ways, and then "bought a little more". Would several different fat quarters be enough to work with? Or would you buy several different "1/2 yd. pieces"? If you were starting the 2012 BOM from scratch, would you just go pick out and buy like 10 different FQ's and would that give you enough to make the quilt??? I bought 4 different purples but I think I may have over-bought. (I got 1 yd. each) I will have to buy several other fabrics to go with those 4.

Here is what Amy Gibson used for her sampler - she taught the course! I am quoting directly from the Craftsy Supplies and Resources page for the 2012 Sampler...

"35 fat quarters (FQ) in a variety of printsand colors (Free Spirit Fabrics’ Boho by
Annette Tatum, or your choice) – I’m
working with a 35-print bundle, but
I’ll probably have a few unused fat
quarters at the end, of prints I chose
not to incorporate. You may not need
35 exactly; it really depends on which
fabrics you choose for which blocks, as
it’s a very scrappy quilt. I’m not sure I’d
go out and purchase 35 individual FQs,
but if you’re buying a bundle, a 36-print
one will be perfect."
