Beautiful, love those bow ties. And I think the scrappy border will set it off a treat. :D

Was it hard to do the Bow Tie quilt? I have thought about doing one, but don't want to get into something that is going to be hard to do and time consuming too.
Thanxs

Bev, so far so good. I have very limited skills and so far have not had a problem. Cutting the ties from charm squares made the cutty pretty fast and easy, too.

I just love bow tie quilts. One of these days I'm going to make one myself. I love all the old fashioned quilts...heck, I love all types of quilts to be honest. The red border really looks nice with yours.

I used 2 packs of charm squares plus a few scraps of mine thrown in to get it 15 rows by 11 rows.

I like the red, but it is so colorful, you could go with many things. It's a great quilt already. :D
