    Thank you, I think the colors just made the quilt, It was so much fun to make this quilt if not for my mistake. enjoy making yours.

    It's very pretty anyway. The colors are great. Glad you decided to finish is.

    When (notice I say when not if) I'm in the situation, I just make the blocks a smidgen smaller to get the 1/4" seam.

    I've had to go back and fix too many in the past that needed first aid after it was washed.

    I'm also fond of stategically placed applique to cover spots that have pulled apart-those that even a needle and thread can't fix well.

    Thank you for the confindence, but as I was quilting in the ditch some of the seems were pulling apart, had to top stitch on some of them. I will enjoy the quilt very much it is a reminding of a trip we took where i first saw this pattern and I told myself that i wanted to make it.

    What am I missing here? It looks great! I had to take my first quilt top apart three times till I got it all right!
