I am working on the quilting of a Mystery Quilt from "Laundry Basket Quilts". Note to self; don't quilt a motif that doesn't come naturally to me. Kinda went down the rabbit hole on FMQ this one!

I am just starting another donation quilt #33 for this year. Just picked out the colors and cut 7-1/2" yesterday. Not working on it today. We went shopping today and I am lazy. I expend lots of energy shopping. I will get back to it tomorrow.

My camera won't turn on and not good at posting pictures from my phone.

All of the above pictures a re gorgeous, such great color choices.

So many fabulous, creative projects in the works!

I had an 8" block that I liked a lot but wasn't sure what to do with it, until I became inspired by the ongoing Round Robin and decided to make it into my own round robin. I thought I'd be much further by now but this is a lot harder than it seemed it'd be. lol

Here's where I'm at so far:

I got fascinated with the Dresden plate pattern. From my fabrics I came up with this design but in the middle of doing the appliqué I stopped liking it, so off it goes to my UFO bin. Hopefully just for a while.

I'm new to quilting and am glad I found this forum. I've learned so much from all of you. I've only made a few quilts in the last few years but have been reading a lot lately with the hopes of making a bunch of quilts this winter.

When I saw this bright and happy monster fabric last year in a scrap bin at a creative reuse store, it immediately made me think of my newly adopted dogs who I call "my monsters." Yesterday I finally turned it into a small quilt by adding borders, fleece backing and binding. I made it to cover one of their dog beds to keep the bed cleaner.

(I can't figure out how to attach this as a thumbnail photo. I'll keep reading and try to figure it out.)
