What inspiration! Your Mum can certainly be proud of her work......it's fantastic! How wonderful you shared your love of this craft with her and now she's creating her very own masterpieces.

Wonderful quilts. Maybe I will try paper piecing one of these days.

WOW, what an incredible talent your mother has, and her age makes it even more amazing. You must be so proud of her and of yourself for teaching her. I especially love the one on the bed and what a great 3D effect on the last one! Truly inspiring

Natalie ~~~Please share with your mother that i truly admire the quilts she has made. I am a new quilter (at age of 62) and have yet to complete my first quilt. After viewing her treasures, I am newly inspired to forge ahead. Thank you for sharing!

What an accomplishment? It goes to show you that your age should never keep you from learning something new.

You have an awesome mom. Love her colors and chosen patterns. They are great. The Pineapple is fabulous in all those bright colors. I hope I am as capable throughout my life. What an inspiration she is for living well and to the fullest.
peace

My God...your mother has a great talent. 3 hours per day and in 4 years she has made 15 quilts? Amazing! I am so inspired and in awe of your mom. God bless you both!

Like everybody else, I am impressed and those quilts are beautiful and intricate. You and your mom have got "it"!
I love the first one with the red.
Maybe if I keep reading, I'll see a name for the pattern, besides Barn Raising? don't think it's a log cabin. Got to go look again! yummy!
