I love the colors you had at first. Very rich looking, but I don't know what your quilt wants to say: "I'm a bit flamboyant" or "I'm more conservative." Whatever you choose is your own creation! Again, happy sewing!

I like to think of it as creative criticism, not negative, but sometimes we can come across rather negative in print rather than in voice.
I love your ideas...however, I would choose a bit less of a kelly green for the darker green diamond and go a bit more toward the olive that appears to be marbled on the white piece. They are totally different color values. Just a thought offered with a smile. It will turn out lovely whatever way you go!
