Love the fabric - it kind of reminds me of black & white photos of children, in that you focus on the subject matter more because there isn't color to distract you. Absolutely charming, and I have to have some of it! I'm thinking a quilt for my daughter (who is a mother herself), and some for a quilt for myself. It would be adorable for a new baby quilt, too (because it focuses on all the lovely 'firsts' and 'highpoints' in a child's life). Wonderful!

I love them. If I saw a bolt of this is a fabric store I would buy several yards even if I didn't have a project in mind. There are so many possibilities for projects other than quilt blocks. I, personally, would only use additional shades of the same colors rather than trying to brighten them up, i.e., golds, browns, blacks and creams. I bet you'll see some beautiful completed projects made from this fabric.

It reminds me of the other nostalgia line recently - Dick and Jane? Rosy-cheeked little cuties in old fashioned clothes playing with games and toys that even I barely remember seeing at my grandmother's. Something the grannie will buy because it is nostalgic and then wonder why the 9 year old throws it under the bed? LOL.
But on the plus side the graphics are gorgeous and the sepia tones really soften up the darker browns.
You know your market! If you sell a lot of novelty prints, better grab it!
