It is lakehouse fabric, except the chains are not they are dots. Thanks so much for the nice comments.

I made one from that fabric line last year, but I just simply sashed the flower panels -- not nearly as elegant as your Irish chain. You did a beautiful job on it -- of course your mother loves it!!!
