    Totally agree! The cornerstones really do give a finished look to it.
    Being skinny isn't easy, so I gave up and opted for being sexy instead. (aunty acid)

    Really good job with the sashing as the yellow really unifies all of the blocks and the cornerstones add structure and division so each block stands out on it's own merit. Wonderful - the difference is amazing. Thanks for the very real
    demonstration of how to organize and unify disperate blocks.

    I often use cornorstones in my sashings adn I just love the look that they give. Your quilt is lovely and he'll just love it!

    I too have found that cornerstones can really change a quilt. The change to your quilt is really dramatic and very successful!
