Just catching up after getting MY computer back! That is a beautiful quilt and I love how you are sharing your process. I am not as organized as you, but you have given me hope! I am learning how to do a better job of planning and taking photos as I go along. That also helps to see if there is something that is not quite right.
Thank you sew much for sharing!

So glad to hear your computer is home!! :D :D
Taking photos helps so much and makes me aware of everything I am doing, and with todays cameras it is so easy to do.
Glad you like it Shemjo, thanks! :D :D

Ninnie, I have always, used post its, post its, and more post its...I am so inspired with your way of organizing with the ziploc bag...gonna do that, next time, that way, if a pile gets knocked over, etc....well, I'd have to knock the bag over, wouldn't I, lol? So, it would still be all together, AND clean!
Your doing great! I'm so proud of you! You were a little hesitant when you came to board, and look at you go now, girl...I knew with your talent, once you got your roller skates on...wheeeeee!!!

Love the blue and white. What's the finished pattern? Will keep watching your progress.

ninnie, thank you so much for the informal tutorial. this quilt has been on my to-do list for some time now. you have made it a distinct possibility that i will actually tackle this wonderful pattern. i saw eleanor burns make it on one of her shows, and between her demo (which of course i have recorded) and your step by step, i think i can, i think i can  i think i can  :!: :!: :!:
you're the best.

Here is the first row finished.
Once I get another row done, I can make a sashing row and see the real pattern come together. :D :D :D
