Good morning! Your quilt is so nice looking. I am responding mostly on the fact that like you I am teaching myself FMQ. And like anything practice does make perfect. I do charity quilts and I have been practicing on those. Keep up the good work.

Very nice. Don't give up on the FMQ, it just takes time and practice. You are well on your way.

Very pretty! Although I must admit, have no idea what FMQ means, so I don't know if it's bad or not! Anyway, I am working on a black and white log cabin. Don't think I have ever worked on a more challenging quilt. I am trying to make it with pure blacks and pure whites. This isn't as easy as I thought. Since the closest fabric shopping is 30+ miles away I've been forced to order on line. So many fabrics have a slight off white colour to them even tho the descriptions and monitor show "white". Nothing like a good challenge!

I am a beginner quilter but think I may be able to do this one and would love to swap some fabric for the pattern. I have some bright solids. Please let me know.

I like that "pop" of color in the black and white, really makes for more interest. Great job!

So neat - it's like you sprinkled confetti all over the quilt!

Neat idea, I'm just now working on a black and white for GD graduation gift, I was wondering about a little color. I'm thinking a purple flange between the blocks and the first border hope it looks as nice as yours.
