My husband gained weight and I have many shirts that I was wondering what kind of quilt I could make out of them. Now I know! Really like your quilt - can't wait to make one for my husband!!

Love your quilt and good suggestion on the pockets. I find them to be the dickens to get off without a cut or hole. I can see why everyone wants your quilt. Trust Bonnie Hunter to come up with endless designs for scraps. Is this pattern from one of her books?

I do like this quilt. Great work and use of recycling materials. Perfectly scrappy.

I know every child with autism is different. I think of some of the children I've had on my caseload as a special education teacher. I can think of one in particular would love the pockets. He loves little figures, bean-bag cats and cartoon figures, etc. What a woinderful idea to leave the pockets in. I would think any child would like them for their "little junk" as my MIL used to call my children's favorite little toys.
