Hurts a lot actually! LOL! I get needle finger all the time. You'd think after all this time, my fingers would be tougher! Great job, beautiful little quilt.

My fingers used ta hurt. After I finally found a thimble that fit, I would keep it w/me till my fingers were sore. Then I'd use it. I now just grab it naturally! I hope this helps.

Hurt is from carpal tunnel syndrome from when I was a medical transcriber and other various bad wrist positions as well as a bad car accident where I broke both arms and damaged radial nerves. My fingers go numb and ache.

I love that pattern, too... & the fabrics! This is so homey & country-looking (is that even a word? LOL!). I love it! And I know what you mean about hand quilting. I think I still have calluses from when I did my last piece several years ago... owwie!

I have great respect for any one who hand quilts. I tried it a couple of times. The quilt is lovely

Oh, man that's too bad. I was hoping that I could give ya some tips ta help. If it's carpal tunnel I can't help! I have a mild case of carpal tunnel but if I wear the brace at night it doesn't doesn't bother me ta hand quilt. Like I said mine is a mild case.
