    Great find!
There was some yardage for sale there on the table marked for like $1 or $2 per piece. The fabric was like 2-4 yards each but 90% were knits or clothing type fabric. So, yes, this bag was never opened because the yardage would have been marked and sold separately.

Plus I got a bunch of quilting books for $2 each. I look back now and wonder why I hemmed and hawwed over some of it. What was I thinking???
Is that a standard dachshund in the picture? I do dachshund rescue and right now I'm down to three, all mine. Another one like my year old female would push me over the edge though!LOL
Yes, he's a standard. We call him a "big boy" size, since everyone in our area and that we know has minis. We rescued him about 5 years ago. We think he's about 7 now. He's my baby, for sure and he knows it. I'm hoping because he's bigger than the minis that he'll have less chance of back problems as he ages. He runs with DH at least 2-5 miles every day and he came in 3rd place in the SPCA Doggy Dash 2 years ago. Not bad for a weiner dog with little legs!

Aw, poor dog. By the looks of him (or her) we should be sorry you made him have to lug that heavy bag around!

Don't you just love finds like that?

What a find for a doller. Sometimes people hide there deals under the table. They forget to put it out or they have so much stuff it gets lost under the table. By looking you scored a wonderful bag of fabric. Lucky you

It was under the table because it was so large. It wouldn't have fit very well on top of the table and would have taken up space and toppled over. Looking under tables for treasure is a good habit to keep. I think I may be part leprechaun.

I've been trying to get to some garage sales, but the weather has been so bad, I've just been staying home. That $1 bag of fabric makes me want to go even more. maybe next week end.
