    That is an awesome find buy how sad that someone took all the time to create this quilt and obviously it ended up in callus unappreciative hands until now. Was there any history at all on the maker or of the age.

    Wow, you are a lucky gal. I found a 1930's appliqued tulip quilt that was hand quilted at a yard sale for $15 but it is not in perfect conition. I still love it though as I love almost anything old. Contrats.
