Looking at this picture just now, I wish I had put a couple of small inner borders in the light colors before adding the wide outer border. Oh well, hopefully I will do better on the next one.

This is beautiful. I kept reading your post as "I decided the background should not be solid" so I am looking at the second picture of the Dutchmens puzzle trying to figure out where it was on the quilt! Took me a few minutes and going back and reading your post twice. :oops:

Lovely and your feather wreaths turned out awesome. Do you have the newer Bernina with the stitch regulator?
