Very nice, I saw those quilts on a lot of house in N Carolina and they looked so nice. I have always wanted to do one for my house. I used to have a SW thunder bird on it before.

Absolutely gorgeous. Makes me wish I had a barn too.

That looks terrific! You sure are ambitious. I like the barn quilts too, but don't have a barn. :-(

Wanabee Quiltin you need to take a drive up in Calhoun/Pike counties in IL. They have quite a few barn quilts up now. I think sometime in Sept. they even have a self-guided tour with maps available.

very nice, if I lived closer I would help you finsh the project. I just painted a shed that I am turning into a chicken house. I am thinking of doing a barn quilt to put on it.

I love it! You should of had DH take pics of you painting - especially at the top! All these posts lately of barn quilts has me tempted to stop at a house that I drive by about once every two weeks. They have a barn that sits as close to the street as their house and is in need of some decor. It's a nice looking barn that sits with the side facing the street. It has nice large square windows with plenty of wall space between. Maybe one of these days I'll find out who lives there and offer my services (RIGHT!)
