Block is wonderful, so is your paint job. Sorry I won't be able to make it to the paint party though.

You did a fantastic job on the paint job and the block, which is a beautiful block~~~~ I'll bet your DH appreciates your hard work. Maybe he will find it in his heart to help you finish. Where it the tall handsome stranger out of work who wants to help out for a meal and a place to sleep in the barn? Only in movies??? Darn!!!

That is simply wonderful! Love the barn and the quilt. Maybe I will make one for our barn-shaped garden shed. I'm sort of a handy gal too, especially painting which DH really dislikes. Thanks for sharing.

Wow! gorgeous. I haven't read all the posts but can truly say that I would rather be standing in a loader bucket painting on a high place than trying to balance on a ladder. Was great of your hubby to be the loader person. Your barn is gorgeous. If I were closer, I would help you paint it. Thanks for pics.

The barn looks wonderful. The barns around here are usually very plain and functional often just corrugated metal.
