Here's Gabrielle trying her hand at my sewing machine. She's done some very small practice pieces but never a finished project. Tonight she made a pillow cover. She did so good! Charm packs and jelly rolls are definately going under the tree this year for her!

Be sure to keep the fabric lined up.

PS Gabby - be sure to keep Mom around as she has started you on a very fine hobby. We can all tell that your Mom is very, very proud of you. By the way - the gang at the quilting board is proud of you too.

Good job Gabby!!!!.

Where did you get that fabric? I would love to get some for my granddaughters quilt. She loves monkeys. She sleeps with a stuffed monkey. Also, she lived in Panama when she was little so she loved to see them in the wild.
