I'd finish it too. Especially if your son liked it. :-)

I like it. Sometimes I just have to put a project aside if I'm not in love with it or it takes FOREVER to do. I think the disappearing nine is such a neat little pattern & have planned to do an Ispy that way. You just have to be careful to keep your novelties on the outside 4 corners so they aren't cut with the rotary. I want to jump on that but am mid project and promised myself I'd stick to the Boston Challenge. NEW YEARS IS FAST APPROACHING!!!
Happy Sewing

THANKS for all the comments. It is suppose to go to a fundraiser event next month (I will have to come up with another name though). My son already has alot of my quilts, or I would give it to him. When I finish it, I will post a picture of him and the quilt together though.

So after having my pitty party last night, I decided to make another DNP with contrasting fabric scraps that I had. It is only about 15" square, but I know that I can do it now.

The one that didn't disappear. Used contrasting fabrics on this one!

I like it. Finish it up. My goal is to have a Christmas quilt for every bed in the house. You just have the first one done for your son.

I love it. I am really "in to" the DNP right now. I have 2 done and trying to get about 8 more done before Christmas, I really must be crazy. :)
