I just finished this table runner last night. It's suppose to be an Easter egg. My DH said it's too skinny. That is what the pattern called for ? It is going to a friend in Canada for a swap I am in on my eBay group. I hope she will like it. I don't think I will make another one anytime soon *L* I cheated and bought the prequilted fabric for the base of it. Then just sewed the strips on like a QAYG. Then I added some ribbons on it. The binding is prepackaged bias.

Your Easter table runner is absolutely darling!! I think the size & shape is just perfect. After all, table runners are generally elongated, aren't they? I just know that your swap partner is going to be thrilled when she gets it.
:D :D :D :D

I had so much fun with the 1st one, I whipped out a smaller one..I like it better..it looks more like an egg. I just did a decorative stitch around it instead of binding it. I might have to keep this one for myself *L* It's only 16" long by about 12" wide. I did the decorations on it diagonally.
