Welcome to the Quilting Board!
VERY pretty. nice job for a first I'd say.
My compliments to you. Nice job. Beautiful Bargello.
Very Pretty. I want to make a Bargello Quilt.
I'M IMPRESSED WHEN ANYONE FINISHES A BARGELLO!!!
VERY NICE!
Very beautiful!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
I think it is beautiful! Love the fabrics you used. Great job!
Great job! You should be proud!
I make lots of bargello and colour wash quilts as they use up my scraps. Interesting that the koalas are on the back. Did you get it as a souvenir when you visited OZ or can you get them anywhere?
Oh i love your quilt so much, and the colours looks so rich and warm, and i love how you did the backing too! :)
Lovely quilt and a great choice of colors.
Beautiful Bargello! And how thrifty you were to re-purpose your old blanket. Awesome! I'll have to remember that sometime...I have some old blankets that belonged to my Mother-in-love that my kids have fond memories of but can't really stand daily wear and tear any longer. Incorporating them into a quilt as the backing would give them a new lease on life!
Lookin' good!
Very, very nice.
beautiful quilt, and you did a beautiful job. God bless.
Very pretty bargello - and I think I know a relative of those koalas on the back!
I can't decide which side I like best. The front is just gorgeous. Can't help but love the back.
I like your quilt! It is very pretty!
Congratulations Wendy, you did a great job!!!
I can't recognize any of my fabrics, but I think I've simply forgotten what was in the box. I really love your quilt though. I'm so happy you were able to use even the small scraps.
I took a class on Bargello. I absolutely love it. Your's is beautiful. I am now making another one!
Thank you everyone.I can't wait to another one when I get a chance :)
i bet that koala blanket is thick and fuzzy, right? i love those. in fact, i have one on my bed that has the sun, moon and stars. those came out before fleece. 8-)
The only bad days are the ones you don't get.
Looks great. One of these days, I'd like to try my hand at a Bargello. hmmm
