    Excellent work! I'm sure you learned to appreciate accuracy in cutting fabric, 1/4" seams, squaring up the blocks, the discipline of finishing a top and much more. I too learned on a log cabin queen size. It was overwhelming. If anyone asks me to help them get started I suggest a throw or baby quilt.

    Your quilt is beautiful.

    Oh very nice, and I like the Barn Raising pattern and I really like your colors, like the use of traditional red centers!

    One of the quilts I remember my grandmother had made was a log cabin. Since I needed a new bedspread I chose the log cabin. There are lots of mistakes, but no one can see them.

    My sister did threaten not let me take it away. However I am helping her to make her first quilt, so she sort of had to.
