Ok, had to try a table runner.
I figured I wouldn't bind it, just try and do the pillowcase thing to it.
It was actually pretty easy, considering I thought it was going to be a pain in the butt, but it wasn't.
It's a bit wonky, but not bad for my first one. :)

It works great on quilts too! I did it for the 2 lap quilts I made for wedding gifts. You don't have to put a binding on it after you do that. All I do after I pull it all right side out is smooth it all down evenly, then sew around the outside of it. When I sew it together all sandwiched, I use a 3/8th inch seam, then when it's all right side out, I sew a 1/4 inch around the entire thing.

Oh I love your tablerunner i don't see wonky either.
I love the word wonky my sewing daughter and i use it so much now that my non-sewing daughter has taken it to decribe Brylee's hair, (check pic in my avatar)
