Really cute! Don't feel like you're getting a late start. I retired from teaching elementary school 3 years ago, began volunteering at my church's charity quilting and became hooked. I have an art minor, but never did much with it until now. I use those skills all the time when selecting fabrics, patterns and quilts. I am in heaven when working on a quilt. Aren't you glad you discovered this??? I sure am.

Very good. Like your color choices and placement. You seem to have a good eye for composition, too. I thi nk you have a very bright and flourishing future in quilting. Looking forward to seeing your next "work of art". Keep up the good work!
