Thank you. I had started a different baby quilt, then found out at her shower her colors were pink and brown. Found the pattern for the crib sheet in a F & P magazine while looking for a quilt pattern.

Mom already loves it. Met her at her sisters last weekend to give it to her. She was all cuddled up in it before going home. Her crib is the type that turns into a youth bed, using the same size mattress, so the sheets will also be able to fit that and the quilt will also be able to be used on top.

Her sister has the same type of bed for her daughter (the recipient of the montly pillow cases I made), so tried it on her bed before making the other three.

I'm just about done making a sheet & pillow case for the 3 year old, she loves purple, so doing a print that has a bunch of circles on it, all in shades of purple.

I also have a pattern for receiving blankets. Figured I didn't need to make those with the oversized quilt. She got quite a few at her shower anyways.

If my daughter ever decides to make me a grandma! I can wait on my son to make me one, he just turned 17.

I'll settle on being a great aunt, but my niece is planning on waiting another year or so, they just celebrated their 1st anniversary in February.

I did finish the purple sheet and pillowcase for the 3 year old, may make a small matching throw pillow to go on her bed also.
