    My latest quilt

This one is a Ricky Tims Grand Convergence. I made it for my young son. I used Quilter's Dream Puff, which is poly high loft. Okay, I didn't think a third of an inch was high loft, but what do I know??? It quilted beautifully, only problem I had was sandwiching it. It sticks to the fabric. I used a quilting pattern I found in a mag from a friend, supposedly Asian. I thought it looked like water.... As you can see, the quilting really shows up.
I also discovered the perfect place to photograph quilts. The front porch of my chicken coop!

Nice job on the convergence. I have the book but haven't attempted one yet. Your colors are lovely.

The quilting does look like water - your quilt has a very modern feel to it - love it.

Very nice! Love how you've extended the fabrics from the centre to the outer areas.

Very pretty. The quilting gives it movement. It has an Asian look to me. Thanks for sharing.

Oh my! Very, very nice! Love the colors, pattern and your quilting. The touch of red violet is inspired. Perfect site for photos too. An all around winner.
