Anybody seen the musical "Quilters"? One of the sisters loved sun bonnet sue and every quilt she made was some sort of sun bonnet...another sister was sick of all the sun bonnets and made a quilt killing off sue! Funny stuff!

I haven't laughed this hard or enjoyed a post so much in ages. Love these Sues. Don't care for the others. I may have to try these.

    Always in Stitches,

So blessed in the opportunity of life, the gifts of nature, and the choice to do good to others. I'm thankful for this day.

Is it wrong to say that is so cute? The work is exceptional! I really don't like sun bonnet sue, so I find these squares great!

Yep, they were all hatched in my whicked mind. A while ago there was a thread about some "bad Sue" quilts and some members objected to my appreciation of the off-color humor. As a result, there was a wonderful KSBS swap and I took off from there. It's scary but there are many more ideas in there.

It was not a QB-sanctioned swap - we just did it on our own. I will post the full batch of pictures when I have the rest done.
