I reached that same plateau with mine. At least those were 2 1/2 by 7 1/2. I used a strip between because I thought it was too busy.
I actually challenged myself- I couldn't go on to the next project until it was done. The top is done, but I don't have anywhere big enough to lay it out to sandwich it. I've finished a few projects since then- waiting for the wind to die down so I can lay it out on the deck.
So- get tough with yourself- no new projects- no new fun!

It is going to be beautiful and I can't wait to see it. I love the idea of working on it in small time bites until you are finished. Sometimes we just get tired or overwhelmed by a project.
