    I bought a 2 x 4 piece of 3/4 inch plywood at Home Depot. I just covered it will 4 layers of cotton batting (no poly). Two were just on top and 2 came around the sides. I covered it with the cream cotton fabric. It isn't attached. It doesn't move. Easy and inexpensive. Can't beat that.
