    My Third Quilt

Here is the third quilt I've made. I call it "Quilt of Many Colors". My plan is to give a quilt to each of my sisters this Christmas. Good thing I only have two sisters!

Can you tell I absolutely love batiks!
    I sew, therefore, I am.

Your sisters are going to be thrilled to have a quilt from you. This one is so colorful and beautiful. You did a great job of putting it all together.

I watched a program recently on how batiks are made....it was an eye opener for sure...so many, many steps to create the colors and patterns. It is all "an accident" when it comes to how the fabric turns out. Lots of hands on work.
