    The quilt is well worth the time and effort you have put into it. It's just plain fun to look at! I'm thinking may be a whimsical applique leave border.
    I think the leaf/stem shown here would be cute as a border on your quilt …

    That is sew cute! I have never appliqued, but it is something high on my list that I want to learn. Such a charming quilt :-)

    A lovely quilt that I can see why it took so long!!! I like the idea of a border but not the circle one mentioned that would seem very distracting from all your beautiful applique.
