    I think it's beautiful just the way it is, unless it NEEDS to be bigger! I love the way you made the kaleidoscopes round too! :-D

    I have never felt the need to make a rectangle on purpose. I have several quilts that are square, and gave away a few. No one has ever complained. I would leave it the way it is. It looks great. Love the green leafy fabric.

    Do you want it to be a certain size to fit? If you need to make it bigger my thought was that the main floral would make a pretty border. It is really a beautiful quilt.

    If you have enough fabric, I vote for 1 more row of kaleidoscopes for the length & then put your borders on.

    What I'm seeing in your photos is REALLY nice. If you can make it longer and still have it looking as good, then I say "go for it", but if it does not look as good as the 76" square does, then I say you should leave it square. If you add to it and don't like it, there will be sadness! There's nothing wrong with a square one.
