    That is so pretty, and cheerful. I like how you made it to fit your table for you and your husband and also using a fabric that your husband loves.

    30° wedge ruler, cut strips - width of fabric 12 1/2" wide, 6 strips, can be 6 different fabrics or I used 2 strips each of 3 fabrics. Cut the 30° wedges with the 12 1/2" line on edge of fabric, with the fabric folded in half ( salvage to salvage) you can make 4 cuts, 8 triangle wedges. There are many different patterns on the insert that comes with the ruler.
    My ruler is 19" long so I could make a 76" circle. I'm going to make some tree skirts next.
