That looks so amazing already!! So sorry for the loss. I know that your daughter will truly appreciate this quilt! You were quite lucky to get the pattern from the guild president!

Looks great! I hope all the readers here realize that traditional Hawaiian quilt patterns are family property. You have been given a real honor in being allowed to share this pattern.

Beautiful job! I love needle-turn applique' and am working on my 4th Hawaiian Quilt project (not yet ready to tackle a bed-size one yet). Congratulations on your project. You will thoroughly enjoy it. I live in Honolulu and the Quilt Guild ladies are a wonderful group.

What a beautiful quilt. You chose such a gorgeous color. I am so sorry for your loss. Your daughter will love the quilt as much as your cute inspectors do. The family pattern is such a true gift. A friend gave me one a few years ago. She had just drawn it and cut it out for an applique guild program. It made the finished quilt so special.
