I have the borders on and am trying out the leaves around the quilt. So far they are just pinned on, but my DH wants me to do them all around the quilt. Hmmmm.... I'll have to see it before committing to that.

Wow! :lol: :lol: And the leaves in the border add a nice touch. :lol: Maybe you could space them out more, so you don't have to do so many, but I sure would do some!

It's on the frame and I've got 1/3 of the meandering done today. :)

Can I voice a opinion? I am probably wrong but I am not sure I like the leaves on the border - it sort of distracts me from looking at the quilt. :oops: :oops:

I don't know how I have missed the progress of this thread - your GS quilt is amazing. I love the colours - I think the leaves look lovely too.

Yahoo! It is finished. I sewed in the last of the threads today and have the label attached. I can package it up and send it to my grandson. It is a wee bit late for his March birthday, but I think he will be okay with that. I am sooooo happy, I could dance! :)
