thanks! it's been a labor of love that's for sure.

i started it before i got "sick" in november.

my boyfriend 'gifted' me all day today to just sew. I made about 10 blocks, trimed up and ironed all 30, and put the top together today.

a super productive day. my goal for the week is to get caught up on all the household stuff i've been avoiding in order to get that top done -- then if i have time sunday i'll do some swap blocks.

    =)

I must applaud your ability to keep projects and the purchased fabrics together, so you know what you are doing with which.
I have a bad habit of grabbing whatever is handiest to do a project that just HAS to be done right now (the gift of procrastination), consequently, the patterns go up on the peg board, the fabric is in another project and the scraps are waiting to become something totally unrelated to their beginning destinations!
You have done well (in my opinion <g>) <wave>

Hahahaha!! Your list is as long as mine!! If I stopped buying today, I could work on quilts and other things for well over a year, and still not be finished.

    Whewwww!!! :-)

Your fabric choices would fit very nicely into my stash.

    oh, here is an idea!
FOrget buying fabric, just get a bunch of flat rate boxes and we can send them all around to each other ... oh, that won't wait because if I send you a container and you send me a container then we still have fabric - - hmmm ... however, I haven't figured out if I am addicted to the fabric or I just like to spend $$$ - - why does spending money make us feel "rich"? <wave>

I loved seeing all of your projects! I recently went through my fabric and counted out how many quilts I have waiting to make. I have 17 and I thought that was alot! Someday I will get to them all! If it takes me a few years, I will get it done! Makes me feel better having all the coordinating fabric together and choosing a pattern for each. To me it becomes a work in progress instead of buying fabric just because I like it. I am great at justifying my purchases!
