I'm partial to Baptist Fan. It wouldn't fight with the pattern and it would look wonderfully old timey, if you like that effect.

Wow, simple curved quilting would be my choice, or just 1 inch diagonal lines East to west, then west to east. I would not over quilt to loose the beauty of your work. That is an amazing job. I can see how you went back and forth with it, I think I would be the same way. Good luck on your quilting choice.
